Background

Navaderm is a PE backed physician group specializing in the dermatology space. With over 50 providers and over 200 staff members, the company’s goal is to be able to have the providers practice medically as they normally would while Navaderm helps them with all the operational elements to make the business streamlined and scalable with maximizing efficiencies for all.

Business Challenge

Navaderm prides themselves in the fact that each office can retain their brand. Although this is beneficial for the patients since they notice little change, this model really complicates things from the back end. Navaderm had no centralized data and network support and quickly realized the need for it. They wanted a managed service provider that understood multiple location sites and who could supply support, metrics needed on shared equipment, and the ability to help them as they scale and grow.

Results
